Who controls your data
The data controller is the company named above. Any question about your data, or any request to exercise your rights, goes to the address above.
What we collect
When you buy a ticket we receive your email address and the details of your order. Card numbers never reach us: they go straight to our payment provider. If you accept analytics cookies we also receive anonymous usage statistics. If you decline, nothing about your visit is measured.
Who processes it
Stripe handles payments. Resend delivers your ticket by email. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your ticket record inside the European Union. Google Analytics measures usage, and only after you agree.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or object to it. Write to the address above and we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period Spanish tax law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
